Train calm in small doses

You don’t beat confidence by waiting for it to vanish. You practice with a little consequence: one ball, a target, and a reset if your routine gets rushed. That teaches your body that pressure is a signal to simplify, not speed up.

Try this sequence

  1. Hit five balls with full routine and no score.
  2. Hit five where you must name the target out loud.
  3. Hit five where a miss means stepping back and restarting.

The restart is not punishment. It is the skill.

On-course version

Pick the first tee or one approach shot as your practice station. Your only grade is whether you completed the routine. The score can wait; composure needs reps too.
